We collect account, subscription, security, usage, device, and support information to operate TheParlayBook. We do not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation, and we do not currently use targeted advertising pixels, SMS marketing, or Google API user-data integrations in the application code.
1. Types Of Data We Collect
"Non-Personal Information" means information that cannot reasonably be used to identify or contact a specific person, such as aggregated usage data, device type, browser type, general platform activity, and preferences generated from collected data.
"Personal Information" means information that may identify or contact you, or that is linked to your account, such as your email address, IP address, account identifiers, subscription status, support messages, and other non-public information associated with your account.
2. Information Provided To Us
Personal Information may include your email address, password credentials, IP address, account settings, marketing preferences, terms acceptance records, and communications you send to TheParlayBook. We store passwords in hashed form and do not store your raw password.
Account information may include your subscription status, billing portal status, email verification status, role, terms version accepted, and support communications. If future features allow you to save preferences, picks, tracked bets, or similar account-specific activity, that information may also be stored with your account.
Device information may include information provided by your browser or software application, such as device type, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and timestamps.
Location-related information may include your IP address and general location inferred from that IP address, including when IP addresses access or otherwise interact with the Site or Service.
3. Cookies And Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, secure your session, prevent cross-site request forgery, remember account state, and protect against unauthorized access.
Cookies may be sent to your browser and stored on your device. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of TheParlayBook from working correctly, including login, checkout, account access, and protected pages.
We do not currently use targeted advertising pixels, SMS marketing, or Google API user-data integrations in the application code. If we add targeted advertising or additional tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy before relying on those tools.
4. Use Of Personal Information
We may use Personal Information to create and secure your account, identify you as a user, provide and administer the Service, process subscriptions, verify email ownership, send password reset or security messages, provide support, respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve the quality of your experience.
We may send administrative email notifications, such as verification emails, password reset emails, billing notices, security notices, support and maintenance advisories, and other transactional account messages.
If you opt into product updates or marketing communications, we may use your email address to send newsletters, offers, surveys, product updates, or other promotional materials related to the Service. You may opt out of marketing communications where an unsubscribe option is provided.
We may use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for fraud prevention, security monitoring, abuse prevention, rate limiting, diagnostics, analytics, legal compliance, and enforcement of our Terms of Service.
5. Use Of Non-Personal Information
We use Non-Personal Information to operate, improve, customize, and troubleshoot the Service, including analyzing product usage, model performance, site reliability, and customer experience.
TheParlayBook may use, disclose, or retain aggregated or anonymized information that does not reasonably identify you.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting providers, database and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, security tools, customer support tools, and similar vendors.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe and other payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.
We may share information with professional advisors, law enforcement, government authorities, or private parties when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
7. Links To Third-Party Websites And Services
As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with third-party websites, applications, sportsbook pages, payment processors, data providers, or other services.
TheParlayBook is not responsible for any third party's use of Personal Information or Non-Personal Information, whether obtained through the Service, directly from you, or otherwise. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we collect, request deletion of Personal Information, correct inaccurate Personal Information, opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising if applicable, and exercise privacy rights without discrimination.
